Benjie wears three hats in this event: composer, pianist, and arranger. His new composition, Mga Tunog ng Maynila Sakay and Isang Dyip (commissioned by Tetractys New Music and Kenken Gorder) will receive its world premiere by Kenken Gorder and Friends, he performs as pianist with Panoramic Voices in the world premiere of Sophie Mathieu’s Watermelon, and his arrangement of Blood I Bled by the Staves will be performed by VAMP Vocals.
